Reiki Level I

Reiki level I is about working on yourself. When you heal yourself, you heal those around you.A pre-requisite for this course is a Reiki consultation and treatment, which are included in the price of the course. This helps you to gain first- hand experience about the special energy system of Reiki. You learn how to treat yourself and others and how to use Reiki in your daily life to help things “flow” more smoothly.
